Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of purchase (in-store) or date of receipt (online).

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Products that have been opened and assembled are not eligible for return. In addition the following items are always Final Sale: Car Seats & Additional Bases, Breast Pumps & accessories once opened, Bath Tubs & Bathing Accessories, Skin Care Products, Toothbrushes & Toothpaste once opened, Potty Seats and Potty Pants once opened, Special Order or Pre-Order Items, Clearance Items, Gift Cards, Mattresses & Mattress Covers, Furniture. In the event your order was shipped or delivered by us then the timing noted for returns and exchanges starts the day your order was delivered by us or our couriers. Shipping fees will not be refunded and any amount paid by us to deliver your package will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please contact us at hello@mountainlittles.com to initiate a return or exchange. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (see Shipping below), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety, health and hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
